Experience: After graduating from law school, Tony committed thirty years to public service as an Assistant State Attorney, Chief State Attorney and Deputy State Attorney. He has supervised more than forty attorneys practicing in the Second Judicial Circuit. He has successfully prosecuted countless cases including burglary, theft, robbery, assault, sexual battery, drug trafficking, white-collar crimes, computer fraud, organized crime, racketeering, and 20+ murder cases. Tony won the prestigious Gene Berry award in 1995, an honor bestowed upon the top prosecutor in the State in recognition of his work. His work has also been featured in two novels, including “The Trial” by Howard Myers and Jan Pudlow and “Among the Lowest of the Dead” by David Von Drehle.
In 2006, Tony decided he needed a new challenge and left the prosecuting side of the courtroom. Applying his expertise to criminal defense, he has achieved success in private practice and demonstrated the strength of his invaluable experience. He has attended the National College of DUI Defense and uses his intricate knowledge of the prosecuting side to prepare the best defense for his clients.
